WHAT THIS SITE IS
RiftBench tracks daily benchmark prices for Riftbound trading cards and the cost of published tournament decklists. Benchmark prices are TCGplayer-derived daily market prices imported through TCGCSV. RiftBench does not receive completed-sale records. Missing observations stay visible.
METHODOLOGY · WHAT'S A BENCHMARK?
A benchmark price is the daily TCGplayer market price for one printing, imported once a day from TCGCSV. TCGplayer derives that metric from marketplace transactions, but RiftBench does not receive the underlying transaction records. "One-copy" totals add one of every priced printing in scope. The total can rise when new printings receive a benchmark, so RiftBench does not label that change as market appreciation. 7D and 30D changes compare observed endpoint prices. When an observation is missing, the chart line breaks. Functional deck costs use the cheapest eligible printing for each card. An exact-printing "as played" comparison is labeled separately when available.
Set codes: OGN Origins, SFD Spiritforged, VEN Vendetta, UNL Unleashed; everything else is a special or promotional set (OPP organized play, PR promos, JDG judge, OGS Proving Grounds, SGN signature).
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Links and cart checkouts that lead to TCGplayer may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Prices shown on RiftBench are our own daily benchmarks and are not quotes for what you will pay on TCGplayer.
ACCOUNTS & COLLECTION
Accounts are optional. We use passwordless, single-use email links for sign-in and store your account email, secure session records, and Collection quantities in Cloudflare D1. Signed-out Collection data stays in your browser. When you sign in, data from that device is merged by keeping the higher quantity for each printing, then the cloud copy becomes authoritative and a local copy is retained as a device cache. You can export your Collection or permanently delete your account, sessions, and cloud Collection from the account dialog. Account deletion does not unsubscribe a separately requested newsletter subscription.
PRIVACY
Your cart stays in your browser's local storage. We use cookieless, first-party analytics to count visits, measure site performance, and log outbound TCGplayer clicks. Analytics may include the page type, campaign parameters, the referring hostname, and a random id that lives only as long as the browser tab so the clicks of one visit can be read together, but not a full referring URL or a persistent visitor identifier. Account signup and Collection-change measurements contain no email address or account identifier. We do not sell or share personal data, and we set no advertising cookies. Account sessions use a secure, HTTP-only cookie.
